I've wanted to try a Brazilian steakhouse for awhile, and coincidentally I was just there for the first time this past week.
$35 price fixe for a good salad bar, some sides consisting of rice, beans, fried bananas, pico de gallo, and a dozen types of meat. Good rolls, too - but I just had one 'cause I was there for the meat!
I tried the beef rib, prime rib, skirt steak, flank steak, top sirloin, barbecue chicken, and turkey w/ bacon. The beef rib, skirt and flank were my favorites.
Different types of flan and cheesecake on the dessert cart - if you're so inclined to save room for a little sweet.
Great environment. Great service. As long as you keep your card turned to green, they'll keep coming up to you with random cuts. If I wanted piece of another cut, all I had to do was ask and it was brought right over.
Eat until you're stuffed.
I highly recommend it and would definitely go back.
