Good spot for a 1st b-day party- Westchester

I am one of those people who needs to plan in advance so I am hoping for suggestions for my daughter's 1st birthday party on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon in March. Ideally, I'd like a place with a private room b/c although I imagine the guests will mostly adult, there will be some children there. I could go "tired and true" or some place newer, or more unusual...Any thoughts?

    1. Thornwood Ale House has a great party room that seats 45 in the winter. In the summer the doors open to a private patio which seats an additional 35. You can rent out the entire restaurant as well. I know prices for lunch with coffee, tea, and soda are $19, and dinner $26.

I don't mean to be rude, but the post above is from almost 4 years ago.
