La Torretta Ristorante - Scottsdale, AZ

I am looking for feedback on La Torretta Ristorante in Scottsdale.

We have been invited by my SO's parents for his Dad's 81st Birthday Dinner.
As usual his Mom received a coupon in the mail and wants to go.

Looking at the menu...the prices seem a bit steep. It also looks as if everything is a la carte.

I would appreciate all comments,

Thanks,

      1. I didn't like it. I got the lamb which was overcooked and had a strange mint sauce all over it. Someone else had a salmon which had an overwhelming fishy taste.

We only went because of the 50% off coupon too and it still was not worth it.

            Thanks,

Looks like we are going to El Chorro Lodge.

The Birthday Boy is one of the original patrons of the place and loves to hold court there...especially on a special occaision.

Tomorrow evening should be beautiful....I look forward to dining al fresco.
