Places pop up survey crash - fix it

I reported part one of this in another topic, but since the OP was reporting something else, I don't want to hijack that thread. Here's my post from that topic.

I finally figured this is isolated to Places. It is every other record and seems to have started since the latest round of application errors was 'fixed' on Monday.

Here's the drill ...

1. Look /update Place record ... ok

2. Look / update Place record ... survey pop up. Close survey

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 twice. On the third time the survey pops up it produces an error record. Not only does it result in an error page, but every one or two times it is so serious that I get the message in the screen shot and and I have to close out my browser because everything is frozen.

Once again, Place records that could be updated or added will not be by me because of yet another error

At this point, I feel like that guy doing the new SNL bit on the broken economy whose advice is ... fix it.

Anyway, here's both screen shots. The first was attached yesterday. The second is part two where the screen freezes and I have to abort IE7.
