I had to taste this for myself...
I was coming back from "The Met" with my wife and remembered an article that read "The Best Gelato". I have been to many gelato places, each one being good, but not good enough to be called "The Best". We sampled every flavor Gino had. "Do you make this?" I asked, and with a nice warm smile he said "Yes... Do you like?"
I couldn't answer the man right away; my mouth was still in shock. This is excellent gelato! I have been numbed by bad ice cream, spumoni and different types of gelato, but this woke my taste buds right up!
Gino is still looking at me for an answer. I didn't want him or my wife to know I was having a party in my mouth and wish they would leave me alone. I finally answered;
"This is amazing!!!"
Do not deprive yourself; give this gelato a try and judge for yourself.
Yes, "Oro Verdi Gelati" is the best Gelato I tasted, Thank you Gino.
