does anyone remember a show on daytime where two ladies made copies of each others dish an original and then a health conscious one ?

Well, Food Network Canada has a show called Eat, Drink and Be Merry starring two Polish sisters. They visit well-known eateries and take the signature dish and remake it. Examples: shepherd's pie, spaghetti and meatballs, I think they've even tackled cheesecake. Then they ask customers to blind sample both versions and say which they prefer. Win some, lose some.

I remember a show called Calorie Commando that was Food Network but I think it was a guy hosting it...

I do, must don't remember the name. I always thought the original version always seemed better.
