bar food in Napa

I've been living in Napa for almost 1 year and have not found a good spot for bar food, particularly wings. I've been to Downtown Joes, which isn't good, so please don't mention this spot. Please help me, it's football season and there is seemingly nowhere to go to eat some good bar food and watch the game. Oh yeah, Silverado Brewing Company isn't bad, but what else is out there.

I am a girl, so what do i know right? But....it sounds like you are looking for a bit of sophistication and although this spot is a bit touristy....how about Rutherford grill?

what about Barber's Q? I live near there and have been once or twice. I think they have tv's to watch games on...and they have pretty good bbq...so maybe that will suffice? I think they may do wings. Let me know. Great wings are a good thing.

No televisions in Barber's Q and it is definitely a little more upscale than just a "plain BBQ joint".

You can check out bounty hunter. Its a BBQ place in napa. I believe on first street. I don't remember if they have TV's but they have a cool bar and good BBQ.

No TVs at Bounty Hunter - it is far from a sports bar. Wasn't there one on Trancas, near Whole Foods and Trader Joe's? I recall one being there when I lived in the neighborhood...

That was the Lamplighter or some such name. It closed a few months ago and is being remodeled....

Fume has a 5 buck chuck (hamburger) on Monday nights and there is always sports on....

i don't believe they serve food there. A friend has been there and told me that it's very dark and uninviting.
