Dim Sum - San Jose - Need Recs

I am a MSP hound coming to visit next week, and I'd like to expose my DH to good dim sum. Can't say I've found quality dim sum in the midwest, so please pass along your recs for the SJ area.

If we must go to SF, so be it, but I'd love to hear all opinions.

Those are my picks, too, but I prefer the Dynasty on Story Rd:

The shopping center where Dynasty is located on Story Rd. is worth a trip on its own for someone who has limited access to Asian neighborhoods. I was in the Grand Century Mall again the other day with fellow chowhound Windy and as usual, we were the only "round eyes" in the place.

    2. Best dim sum is definitely not in San Francisco, but between San Jose and San Francisco.

      1. Pan Tao on Wolfe is good. Always full, reasonable prices, good selection.
