I was at the Atwater market a couple of weeks ago ande bought some Beurre Echire from the cheese place. It was $13.99 for 250 gm. Yeah, I know I'm totally nuts, but I've recently read that artisinal butter is all the rage, so I figured I would splurge and try it.
I haven't cracked it open yet because I want to finish my supermarket butter first.
Does anyone know anything about this brand?
