I am hoping that someone can tell me where I can get Beurre Bordier in Toronto.

Not availableas far as I have found (not found), though it might be in Quebec. I thought of biting the bullet and importing a gross of it. Maybe I will... along with some fois gras?

I was at the Atwater market a couple of weeks ago ande bought some Beurre Echire from the cheese place. It was $13.99 for 250 gm. Yeah, I know I'm totally nuts, but I've recently read that artisinal butter is all the rage, so I figured I would splurge and try it.

I haven't cracked it open yet because I want to finish my supermarket butter first.

Does anyone know anything about this brand?

Well, I just found our that I was ripped off. Shay Cheese sells Beurre Echire for $16.00 a pound, and I spent $14.00 for half a pound in Montreal. Damn.
