Anybody have a good liverwurst recipe?

I have two pork livers that I'm planning on making an unsmoked liverwurst or perhaps some country pate. I'm not really a huge liver fan, so I'm looking for something that will have a relatively mild liver flavour. I have lots of fatback and ground pork to incorporate into this project.
Any ideas?
