Chambar Loves Cilantro! Argh......
Many thanks for the recommendations to Chambar in Vancouver. Superb mussels BUT no one mentioned one key fact-they love to put large amounts of cilantro on top. For those of us who find that spice too intense-it can be a shock. I wish I'd have known as I would have had them hold the cilantro.
Perhaps this will help some other cilantro hating chowhound.
