Atlanta - doubletree hotel - buckhead - eats?

I am meeting my bestest friend at her hotel in Atlanta end of October. Just a quick overnight visit but we would like to have a nice dinner and maybe a visit to a nice jazz club.....any recommendations? I searched the site and no specific buckhead restaurants came up.

Sambuca is a club I have heard of in that area but I've never been.
I think the Beluga Martini Bar plays music as well.

Eclipse di Luna does Latin music. Honestly, it's best to get a table on the enclosed patio, if you want to be able to carry on a conversation.

That sounds great! Any meal suggestions? I don't suppose that would be walking distance from that hotel?

No, it's not. Not a long cab ride though...10 minutes maybe.
The menu at Eclipse includes small plates/tapas. It's great to get lots and pass around.
