I'm leaving this afternoon to visit a friend in western CT, and tomorrow we'll be driving the CT Wine Trail. We'll take a few snacks along to make sure we're not caught short on the road, but is there anything along the way we shouldn't miss? Either a nice sit down meal, or even a gourmet shop where we could put together a lunch. We'll be going through Goshen, Warren/New Preston, Sherman and Sandy Hook (in that order). Right now the only contender is the Hopkins Inn, adjacent to the Hopkins Winery. TIA!

Yes Hopkins Inn is an option (although I so much prefer the outdoor patio in Summer;-)

Consider a slight detour into Washington Depot and try GW Tavern or The Pantry.
