Bat Mitzvah Caterer

I am making a bat mitzvah for my daughter on Long Island. We can use any caterer with a reliable Hechsher. Most of the main stream caterers are beyond our budget. This will be a relatively low key affair, the menu can be dairy or meat. Any suggestions?

We used Wing Wan of West Hempstead to cater our son's engagement party --they were reasonable and offered many choices.
