Best bread to go with foie gras?

Does anyone know where I can buy some good bread (brioche/baguette) that would go well with foie gras? I'd simply toast it and spread some chilled foie gras on top.

It'd be great if it was somewhere in the UES, but I'm willing to travel for good bread. Any tips would be appreciated! Attached a picture of what I'm thinking of (that was at Joel Robuchon in Monte Carlo) to give you an idea :)

I love the brioche at Balthazar. I know you can get it at some Whole Foods' locations.

Dean & Deluca on Madison usually has brioche - not sure if it's from Balthazar or not. Citarella also carries it. I've been happy with both.
