Tomato sauce glut after a healthy garden season- now what to do with it?

Already sick of pasta!

    Use it, in addition to wine and some other add-ins, to braise short ribs, roast, brisket, etc.

    Vegetable soup, chili, manicotti made w/ crepes instead of pasta tubes, sloppy joes, etc.

        serve over polenta
        use as a simple simmer sauce for vegetables
        eggplant, chicken or veal, parm
        a base for ratatouille or chicken cacciatore
        stuffed cabbage

          Sauce as in you just pureed the tomatoes? How about tomato soup or bloody marys?

          If you doctored the tomatoes, then disregard.

            I did doctor them- the sauce has other chopped veggies in it as well as seasoning...

              OK -- still good for soup, imo, but not bloody marys. Then again, vodka makes everything good!
