I don't want to spend $80 on a bottle at the liquor store; I'd prefer to spend $15-25 on the cocktail. But I want it to be prepared properly. Just last month, I went to a hipster place in Queens where the bartender seemed a little flustered when I tried to order one. So if anyone could recommend a place where I can get a proper absinthe, prepared by expert bartenders, I'd love to hear from you. Many thanks in advance.
