eggs florentine in baltimore

Anyone know where you can get a good eggs florentine (or similar, vegetarian version of eggs benedict) in baltimore or baltimore area?

    "B" Bistro brunches on sunday. Outstanding benedict ala florentine. (Bolton Hill)

      Metropolitan in Fed Hill is, in fact, open for business again . I just had Eggspectaion's eggs florentine this morning and they were quite tasty. Served with home fries and some fresh fruit, very good!

        I'm pretty sure Metropolitan has this on their menu. But they had a fire somewhat recently and I'm not sure if they've reopened.

        Spoons, also in Fed Hill, has several vegetarian omelets, but no benedicts I think.

        Blue Moon has several eggs benedict options, so even if they don't have florentine, maybe you could find something else.

        I'm not veg, so I can't tell you for sure that they're good, but all these places have good breakfast in general.
