Thank you for this link. Being in PHX, we only got a bit on Gustav. Now, we did watch a dozen networks' coverage, because we have family there, and had an impending wedding in NOLA. Still, the national media was off to the next hurricane in a heartbeat, forgetting the damage of Gustav. "Breaking New," you know.

thanks for posting. I was on my two week e-vacation during Gustav and Ike and did not have access to local stories/news. this should have made national news; private trumps gov't. again.
I well remember going to St. Dominic after Katrina to get a Drago's meal or two while gutting my Lakeview home.
