Had two great meals this weekend, at Charleston Grill and McCrady's. At the Charleston Grill, I had the salmon which was terrific and at McCrady's had the grilled Carolina grouper which was absolutely amazing - it came with chanterelles and roasted cauliflower. As much as I enjoyed the Charleston Grill I'm looking forward to another meal at McCrady's.

We were recently in Charleston and had a wonderful dinner at Fish. Ordered lots of appetizers and were most impressed with the dim sum, nice selection and great presentation. Calamari and Spring Rolls also terrific. Local Shrimp with sugar cane somehow never seems worth the trouble. Naked fish was superb even though I can't remember what it was. Perhaps that was due to the champagne they surprised us with when the heard it was our anniversary. Gracious service, nice atmosphere, good food all combined to make a memorable night. Glad we found Fish. We'll be back.
