4oth b'day celebration...any good ideas

Hi- I'm planning a 40th Birthday celebration and would love any ideas for a good, fun restaurant with private rooms. Mexican, Spanish, Mediterranean are preferable. Any good ideas? Thanks!

I had my 29th birthday at El Parador, which was fabulous! Friendly staff, great food and a nice atmosphere. We were downstairs with about 20 people and it was fabulous!
