Trying to find good aligator in LA

There's a great cajun/creole restaurant in Vegas that has a super yummy gator appy. I flat out resisted gator until I tasted theirs, and now I'm hooked. Any suggestions??

The only other place I've seen alligator on the menu is the restaurant in the Bass Pro shop in Rancho Cucamonga. I can't attest to the quality of the restaurant, but I know alligator is on the menu.

Also remembered that Brat Brothers has an alligator sausage. Never tried it,

Only place I've seen it is at the gumbo pot 3rd street and fairfax at the farmers market
