I did some googling to find "Rose" and it seems there is a Persian place called Rose New York. 6313 Yonge St. A phone call confirmed that Rose NY has lamb brains and also beef brain burgers. But from what I can see it looks more like a fast food place then a dine in resto. Still, worth a try! There was also a Red Rose Patisserie Cafe nearby which also served Persian food, but I was told that they only do pastries so I don't think that is it. The have a pretty big menu of traditional Iranian dishes.I was there once before after reading some good reviews in the Toronto star and a local paper.
