Neighboorhood Gem, ? Perilla, Prune
Looking for a weddding present dinner for a couple. Visited NYC several times, and eaten at many of the 3-4stars, Per se, LB, Daniel, Babbo, but would like more of a mom and pop operation with just really good food (new american or italian). Food first but a nice atmosphere for a young couple. Some of my thoughts were, little owl, perilla,spotted pig, the grocery. Any help appreciated. price around 80-100pp.
