Fresh Tortillas and Queso [MSP]
Any ideas on where to go in St. Paul or Minneapolis? I moved here from DC and loved Guapo's and Mi Rancho. Both had those automatic tortilla makers...any around here? Thanks!

That's a long way from "St. Paul or Minneapolis" colliecookhuh.
I would recommend El Burrito Mercado in St. Paul. In Minneapolis, I would recommend the Mercado Central in Minneapolis at Lake St. and Bloomington Ave. Those are the "big ones". The only thing is EBM has a great selection of queso frescas and the better tortillas are at La Perla in the Mercado Central.
Make sure to eat lunch at both places.
