15 in Echo Park: Still open?

I've read seemingly hot rumors but no confirmation.

We ate there a few weeks ago. It is called Allston's Yacht Club (A.Y.C. ) now. They have a small plates menu. it was decent. We liked the brussel sprouts. The french fries were good too but really salty! The pork belly was good but the fat was a little chewy not the melt in your mouth variety. Mushrooms with miso were good but very small portion. The best was their cheese plate. You create your own plate from a menu of cheeses which come from Silver Lake Cheese. Corkage is 15$.
The owners were present and were very friendly and hospitable.

Ate there on Saturday night, 2nd time. The food is really amazing, try the pork belly. Way better than 15, especially the wine list.

its now called the allston yacht club. i just had dinner there. its a kind of tapas bar. the food was amazing and really great wine list. i especially like the photography on the walls.

A couple nights ago they were serving 2 courses for $15 instead of the 3 courses.

I went there once for the $15/3 course. And I say, good riddance.

They raised the 3 course price to 19 bucks awhile back.
The closing is pretty darn close to the air date of the new season of "Top Chef", the chef at "15" is one of the contenders...

Charles Kelly is supposedly opening Allston Yacht Club in place of 15.
Hopefully the food is better than the name!
