vegas virgin - restaurant recs
my GF and i will be staying @ the palazzo for 3 nts end of oct. looking for advice on where to eat, specifically one dinner for our anniversary. have thought about bartolotta, but have concerns after reading bad reviews mentioning poor or worse, rude service. we are a little hestitant to try restaurants where the "name chef" is not actually physically supervising the kitchen, having been disappointed before (delmonico & emerils in NO). having said that, what matters most is the quality of the meal, and the overall dining experience (we are going to bouchon for breakfast). hoping to keep the cost to 150pp.
