One night in Vail, where to eat?

I'll be in Vail for one night at the end of the month, but with so many options, I'm not sure where to eat! I'm not a seafood person, so that should cut down on some of the restaurants. Will be in town with my boyfriend, so something romantic would be nice. Finer dining is what I'm thinking. Any suggestions?

Larkspur. In my opinion there's not even another option. But that's just my opinion.

I'm assuming you are staying in Vail Village and not interested in going "down Valley". The Wildflower has a very nice setting and good food. However, Larkspur would be my first choice in Vail, as DD has written.
