Have a tube of goulash cream with instructions in Hungerian!

Does anybody know how to use it /cook with it?

    Could it be paprika cream? This month's Cook's Ilustrated had a recipe for Hungarian goulash and had a side note about paprika cream, which might be the same thing as goulash cream. There's a picture of the paprika cream tube in the article if you want to compare.

      Basically, sautee onions until transparent, add meat , saute together and then add water to cover (more if making soup version). Add a spoonfuls of the goulash cream (so it has good color) evokanal is tablespoon--see if you find that in the instructions. Cook until meat is done. Hope this helps.
