Yasuda on holiday who else to sit in front of?

Hello, just phoned to make a reservation for lunch in middle of November but Yasuda himself is away on holiday. Who else would people recommend?

        I had the same question a few months back. I ended up sitting with Yasuda-san that time around, but recently had a dinner before Hiro-san, who was charming and gracious, and served excellent fish:
