Best Dim Sum?
Best Hot Pot?

Northern Dumpling Kitchen is highly overrated on this board. The rice cake noodle dish was tasteless, the pancake with pork was mediocre, and pan fried dumplings were okay, and the dry fried beans were pretty good.

Ding Tai Fung is head and shoulders above NDK: The soup filled dumplings have a nicer, thinner delicate skin, more soup. The price premium is worth it. 3-6-9 at Kennedy/south of HWY 7 is not bad either.

Cafe Michi also has a nice eel on rice w/egg dish that is really good, but the highlight there is the Deluxe Chirashi bowl.

Charles' other suggestions were bang on though.

I agree with rebe1.
It may be difficult to locate Aoyama but it's in the plaza south of the gas station at Van Horne & Victoria Park. It's best to do omakase there if you're going for sushi & sashimi because the selection listed on the actual menu is fairly small.

Altho for seafood, I prefer to go to Lucky Season (in Times Square at Hwy 7 & Leslie).
