History of Street Meat?
I was wondering if anyone out there can point me towards some articles or books about the origin and evolution of street food and street food vendors.
I have a book called "Street Food" by Clare Ferguson with wonderful photos by Jeremy Hopley. It is a Time Life book with recipes, but does have narrative.
