I was kinda disappointed with the lineup last year. Some of the 1-star places I don't think deserve it and I think those people don't really know the LA dining scene...
But I'm sure the usual suspects will be there: Urasawa, Melisse, Providence, Spago ...

I'd bet Craft and Mozza (Osteria) will each get a star; possibly Bastide.
When does it release? I know Vegas is 10/21.

Bastide? Really? There has been such inconsistency due to staff changes. I'd be surprised. Not saying they don't deserve it, just think maybe for the 2010 guide? Then again, stranger things have happened.
Anyone want to make any predictions on this new two star?

Well, I think it's a pretty safe guess the new * * will be an '07 * moving up.
I'd have to guess Providence, but that's all it is ... a guess.
