Greenville, SC - Wednesday - Friday - looking for your favs

Looking for your favorites bars and restaurants (no chains) in Greenville SC - mainly dinner from Wed-Friday. Any kind of food or price, as long as it's good. Also looking for some spots with good beer or microbreweries. Lay them on me, people! Thanks!

Trying for more recommendations after your first request? None of this is new info, but I'll supplement Danna's suggestions from the other post.

Blue Ridge Brewery is the only microbrewery downtown. Decent beer and they have a fantastic buffalo burger.

Barley's Taproom is definitely the place for the best beer selection in town. They have occasional special beer events; check their calendar online for the schedule.

Saffron has excellent Indian food. It's right off of Woodruff Rd.

Chicora Alley is one of my favorites too. Caribbean-Mexican. Good for lunch or dinner, I say.

Addy's - a cozy little bar that serves Dutch-influenced food.

Smiley's - (another) pretty cool bar with nightly live music. Haven't had their food yet (minus the fries which were very tasty), but I hear it's good - different than your normal bar fare.

    Hope that helps!
