drop cookies and fridge time
is it a good idea to put all varieties of drop cookies in the fridge after mixing the batter? are there any cookie varieties that should go straight in the oven? how does chilling the dough change the texture of the cookie (besides holding a better shape during baking)?
i'm asking this bc of all the success ppl have had chilling the dough for the nYT choco chip cookies for 12, 24, and 36 hrs.
