Lunch on the road between Hartford and Mohegan Sun

Daughter is being sworn in Ct bar in a few weeks and three of us will proceed to the casino. Suggested towny places on the way would be greatly appreciated.

    1. i always had good luck at ed's kitchen and creamery in uncasville. it's right on rt. 32 and has always been good, solid diner-y type food. pizzas are okay and they've got a beer and wine liscence. then again, i haven't been there in years but if i was passing through, i'd still give it a whirl.

        1. i may be mistaken. i've read a number of reviews in the past couple of minutes and people don't seem to have much to say that would come off as positive about this place. sorry for the waste of time and space.
