100% Buckwheat Soba noodles -- Financial District

Hi - I've been reading articles expounding on the benefits of 100% buckwheat soba noodles, and started to wonder if the noodles that I've been eating are 100%. Are all soba noodles 100% buckwheat? If not, where can I find 'em in the Financial Distirct? Thanks for your help.

Wildflower salad bar on Sansome St. usually has buckwheat soba noodles w/ seaweed as one of its prepared salads. Don't know about % buckwheat content.

Almost none are 100% buckwheat. The only place I have found 100% is for me to make myself at Whole Foods, or order online at Amazon.
