Quebec City
A vivid memory of more years ago than most can count is of several restaurants in Q.C. in the great classic French tradition. Do any remain? I hope to travel there around Christmas.

We went to Quebec City in September.
An awful lot of tourist-fare.
here's what people have posted as being great and ones that we also thought good enough to recommend:
Le Saint Amour
L'Utopie
Panache
Le Café Du Clocher Penché
Toast (mixed reviews)
Cafe Brest (we had lunch there. Excellent).
Bistro tatum (for coffee, pastries)
I hope you post your experiences. I particularly urge you to discuss L'Utopie because we loved it but I didn't remember enough to describe the food properly!
