Day Trip to Louisville

My teen-agers are on fall break later this week, and we thought about taking in the Speed Museum and maybe the Derby Museum as a day trip to Louisville. Looking for any/all recommendations for lunch in the area, and certainly willing to venture further into downtown as well. We are fans of most cuisine, but I do have a daughter who only eats vegetables and fish and a burger/meat/potatoes teen-aged son.

I've always been a big fan of Lynn's, but from searches on the board, it seems that the Paradise Cafe has dropped off a bit.

Recommendations are much appreciated. Thanks.

    I like:
    Jack Fry's
    Proof on Main
    Park Place on Main
    Varanese

Not sure of the appeal of these to teens. Someone else can no doubt give better recommendations.

Park Place on Main closed their doors this week and they have gone out of business. Sorry to see them close. I liked that place.....
