feng shui philly
On our way back from a big event in philly. L and I were fealling a little tipsy. I thought food was in order and well a we definitly needed to make a stop. We searched and randomly found this chinesse bar/ restraunt called the feng shui. We walled down a flight of stairs and were transfered to this very quiet intamate space. We were tipsy and the staff seamed to roll with our rather unusuall request that we eat at the bar and order no drinks. The bartender was frendly and really made the restraunt. I'm still kind of awled by the stetting. The food was tuelly the best chineese I've ever had. I had general tao's chicken. It was perfictly fried and sesoned. There was a little heat to it and the meat was lean. It ruined me for the whole second class tzo's chicken, it was so good. :sniffle: L had shrimp in a cream sause over lettice and asperagas. Hers was delectible. I kinda stole a few tasts. We got a large jar of rice with our meal. The one complant I had was i wished they gave us chopsticks, just because I wanted to savor every bite. We did eventually order drinks after the tea sobered us up a bit. The bartender has this specialty, I cant think of the name now, that I could live with out drinking anthing else. anyway the adress is 727 Walnut St.
