Arizona Biltmore Resort Cookies

Last month, I attended a conference at the AZ Biltmore Resort where we were fed these giant cookies at one of our breaks. I ate one and it was so good (even for a non-sweets person) that I went back and got another! Then I spent just over $25 for 5 more to bring back to Oklahoma with me....that's how good they were! In any case, I've tried googling for a copy cat recipe, but to no avail, so I'm turning to you all for help in replicating these. Any chance any of you have a recipe? Or possibly you've had these cookies and know how I can replicate them? They were probably 5-6 inches in diameter, maybe 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick, and fantastically moist and chewy! I had the oatmeal chocolate chip, the peanutbutter, the white chocolate macademia, and the sugar. I believe there were 2 or 3 other flavors that I didn't try, as well.

Thanks in advance!
