Where to order a local organic turkey?

Any places around here that you can order a local, organic turkey, preferably a different breed than just the standard turkey? Been reading the book "Animal, Vegetable, Miracle" and got inspired.

Fantastic, locally raised, family owned place: Caveny Farms. I picked my bird up at a farmers market...the husband and wife who raised the birds were the ones working the table. Super nice people. Everyone loved the turkey. I can't say enough about them

We enjoyed an organic local turkey last year from Natural Direct.

They also supplied the produce for our Thanksgiving meal and it was fresh and fantastic.

I can't speak to the different breed thing, but Harrison's Poultry in Glenview has never disappointed me. I go out there from the city to get my T-G bird. Also eggs and chickens.
