There are about 5 appetizers for under $5, a quality wine for $3-5 and, my favorite part, they pick one liquor (it was Jim Beam one night, a gin and a vodka on another night) and make you any drink with it for $5. And they make a very high end drink there- fresh juices, etc. Fun speakeasy atmosphere too. Terra in Hillcrest also has low price drinks and half off lots of their appetizers. Probably more wine and food choices than Tractor room, but not as good on the hard liquor or atmosphere. After some searching the greater downtown area, I think those two are best combinations of quality food and drink for low price. Both put the Brig to shame.
