Family restaurant in North End for good pizza and spaghetti

  • 7

Looking for a good restaurant that two tweeners/teenagers and their parents would enjoy in the North End - looking for a nice pizza and a good plate of spaghetti. Thank you!

  1. Antico forno combining both requests: http://www.anticofornoboston.com/, altho' I'm sure there are others.

Good call Taralli. Great brick oven pizza, good pastas.

Agree. I'd recommend ordering the pizza well done though.

Thanks for the consensus! I will be in Boston this weekend and have made a reservation. thankyou.

First place I thought of, too. The oven-baked pastas are particularly nice, like the one with seafood in parchment, or the fusilli with vegetables.

Yeah, the seafood in parchment is tasty. I also like the
Rigatoni Salsiccia with Ricotta (homemade rigatoni, homemade sausages and ricotta in plum tomato sauce). I'd think that would be pretty kid/teen friendly, too.

I second their seafood in parchment, just love it.

Also had their special 'risotto' of the day, which was Salmon......incredible.

Rule of thumb for me there, always order what's cooked in the brick oven. ; )
