the Fort (report)

We ate at The Fort saturday night. Excellent service(Thomas). Wine list not bad. Alot of low and high end wines.(Not alot in the middle). The Bone Marrow was excellent. Large portion(easy to split for 2 people). Buffalo tongue good but marrow was top dog. Home made salad dressing were very good. The sampler of elk, buffalo and quail was just enough of each(huckleberry sauce was perfect with syrah). We had four guys in our party fresh from a hunting trip in Wyoming and this was a great way to end a fun trip. thanks to the board for the tips to go to the Fort. ;)
