McDonald's Pizza in Glendale, CA??

Back in the early to mid-90's, I used to enjoy Pizza at the McDonald's located on 500 N. Central Ave. in Glendale.

It was actually *really* good and reasonably priced.

I know I am asking for a miracle here, but does anyone know if they still serve it? I'd call but they aren't open yet. ;)

    1. That was a product test. It never made it to all stores because, what I heard, the take out windows would have all needed to be enlarged. That was the story I heard.

I had it in Las Vegas years ago also and it was horrid.

          • Just called and nope, it's gone. :( Oh how I miss the 90's. ;)

              1. If you want to recreate that experience just drive through any Taco Bell in LA and order one of their pizzas and you'll be transported back to the mid-90's moment in a flash.

There is a Taco Bell in the Alhambra area that serves pizza, but it is a mini Pizza Hut pizza (and quite expensive for what it is). The pizza's they served at McDonald's were full sized ones, not much more expensive, and didn't taste like Pizza Hut ones. Unless something has changed at Taco Bell recently or other locations? Are they full sized ones?

                        "Are they full sized ones?"

No. Which was a positive as far as my taste buds one and only experience with their "pizza" were concerned.
