Ground Lamb in DC?

Where can I find ground lamb in DC?

Previously, I'd gotten it at Whole Foods...but yesterday I was told they'll be out for awhile because they're pushing a new lamb supplier who doesn't give them anything conducive to making ground lamb with. He said they're working on a solution, but it could be awhile.

In the meantime, anyone know who else carries it?

Does it have to be in DC? There is an amazing butcher in Crofton, Maryland who sells ground/minced lamb. The place it called My Butcher and More and they are in Staples Corner at the interesction of routes 424 and 450.

A few vendors at the Dupont Farmer's Market raise and sell lamb. I would think they have ground lamb to purchase.

You can find it at Union Meat in Eastern Market or at the Harris Teeter on Penn. Ave. and 14th St.
