Anyone know where I can buy fresh Lobster Roe in Los Angeles?

    I don't think you're going to find it fresh in LA unless you get it from live lobsters you buy.
    Otherwise you're going to resort to mail order http://www.thefreshlobstercompany.com...

        I'm going to make a Coral Oil. Basically just blending it with canola oil to make a nice bright red base for a lobster dish. It's a thomas Keller move.

            If it's a Keller recipe have you checked the resources at the end of the cookbook? I will check out the cookbook at home later. I assume its French Laundry not Bouchon.
