Anyone know where I can buy fresh Lobster Roe in Los Angeles?

I'm going to make a Coral Oil. Basically just blending it with canola oil to make a nice bright red base for a lobster dish. It's a thomas Keller move.
and by "red" i mean orange. D'oh.
If it's a Keller recipe have you checked the resources at the end of the cookbook? I will check out the cookbook at home later. I assume its French Laundry not Bouchon.
