Sandwich store in Encino

Passed by the strip mall with Corner Bakery and Sassi in Encino. Noticed there was a sandwich store there. Any feedback? It kind of looks like a hole in the wall but that could be good or bad. Menu, prices?

used to be an okay place for an overpriced deli sandwich with a mom/pop feel
recently changed management and i don't like it as much anymore

haven't been in a year, but from what i remember, sandwiches were good with decent portion. great lunch specials.
