Peninsula Grill

We were given a gift certificate to Peninsula Grill by a couple of very generous friends. We have only been for dessert, and I would love to hear recommendations for what we should order for dinner. Has anyone been lately or does anyone have any favorites? TIA

  1. This is a can't go wrong place. The SAUTEED VEAL SWEETBREADS
with Cornbread, Shiitake and Wild Rice Pancake, Melted Onions and Crawfish-Veal Butter $16.50
sounds amazing to me. The coconut cake is a total mind blower, one of the greatest things I have ever eaten.

    1. I had dinner there around TEN yrs ago and still think about the truffle butter that was offered with course, maybe sweet breads. The patio was very nice, service was wonderful, can't see how you will be disappointed in anything you order.

      1. The Champagne Bar Menu is so good I never make it past it. The Lobster 3 Ways is divine. Along with their Field Green Salad with Goat Cheese and a side, it's more than enough for me.

I love, love, love the boneless "Berkshire" pork chop. I've had it twice and it was great both times. I've also had the bourbon shrimp, which were good, and it seems like I had scallops one time, which were good, but the pork chop gets my vote!
